Responsibilities- Assess patient/family health problems and resources, implementation, and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
- Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
- Position requires providing service to one or more age groups, including young adults through geriatric patients, in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
- Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization.
- It is expected that the employee demonstrates behavior consistent with the Core Values.
- No two days in emergency nursing are ever the same.
- You're a multitasker who can react quickly as you'll prioritize patients based on their medical necessity while providing emergency triage to others.
- As part of our ER team, you'll partner with an experienced clinical team to deliver stabilizing care to our patients by performing IV starts, foley catheter insertions, or aiding providers with chest tube insertions.
- To thrive as an ER nurse, you should exhibit teamwork, professionalism, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to take on additional projects such as patient experience initiatives.

Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days. This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals.
Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.
Advanced Practice Providers and Faculty Physicians can receive up to $90,000 if full-time and hired within a year of completing their residency or fellowship.
Part-time providers can receive up to $45,000.
