Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples from patients in a fast-paced laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture techniques
Label and centrifuge specimens according to established procedures
Record maintenance data and decontamination procedures
Update patient information and match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes
Package specimens for transport and store them according to required temperature

Requirements:
Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where you will be employed
Minimum of 6 months' work experience performing venipunctures in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
