About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a safe and timely manner, utilizing Company vans or pick-up trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective sales and support.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
  • Pull and prepare products for delivery, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers, adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Operate equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, and forklifts, as required.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have at least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
