Job Description

Job Title: CVOR Nurse - Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CVOR Nurse to join our team at ICONMA, L.L.C. As a CVOR Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) and general OR settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to determine their mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families.
  • Use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition.
  • Contribute to a healthy work environment by managing conflict using professional communication skills.
  • Meet Core Measure responsibilities related to patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Requirements:

  • Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
  • Current CPR/BLS Card.
  • ACLS certification.
  • Experience in CVOR and general OR settings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with EPIC EMR system.
  • Knowledge of Core Measures and quality improvement initiatives.

What We Offer:

At ICONMA, L.L.C., we value our employees and offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
