Candidates should possess a background in project oversight and construction management, along with the capability to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with property owners and occupants to assess construction requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between property owners and occupants to create mutually beneficial solutions
  • Prepare estimates for construction projects, encompassing labor, materials, and other expenses
  • Apply cost-effective strategies and project management methodologies throughout the project
  • Recruit, train, and assign contractors to specific projects
  • Maintain a daily log documenting project progress
  • Coordinate all activities and services related to the construction project across the team
  • Ensure adherence to a strict project timeline, confirming that milestones are achieved and deadlines are honored
  • Provide updates to property owners and occupants regarding project progress
  • Conduct walkthroughs and provide aftercare instructions to property owners and occupants upon project completion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role within construction preferred
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Sheets is advantageous
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong management capabilities, with experience in team and project oversight
  • Ability to effectively manage a large team of contractors and subcontractors
  • Organized and thorough work approach
  • Analytical and mathematically inclined
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
