We are seeking a highly motivated Trademark and Litigation Expert to join our team at IP Works, PLLC. The successful candidate will have a strong background in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademark protection and enforcement.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for trademark protection
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including demand letters and pleadings
  • Representing clients in federal litigation, including trademark, copyright, and patent claims
  • Counseling clients on IP enforcement and litigation matters

Requirements:

  • Mastery of trademark law and federal litigation procedures
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary and Benefits

$150,000+ per year, plus benefits and incentives based on performance.
