About This OpportunityFrontline is seeking a detail-oriented Field Technician for installations. This role offers room for advancement and quarterly bonus opportunities after certification is achieved. Construction, plumbing, or electrical experience is preferred.We are looking for a highly organized individual capable of working in our positive team environment. As a critical member of a crew, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and on-time installations while adhering to strict safety practices.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Technician, you will:

• Install our wildfire defense systems on residential customers' homes. This involves:
• Layout and assemble the necessary pipework
• Install sprinklers and properly seal all roof penetrations
• Assemble and install equipment to stucco, concrete, roofing, siding, etc.
• Wire system components (low voltage)
• Occasionally perform trenching, concrete work, traffic control
• Handle project clean up on a daily basis.
• Maintain and organize inventory of vehicles and storage locations

QualificationsWe're seeking a highly motivated team player with:

• Construction-related experience
• Roof experience a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questions
• Experience working outdoors under various weather conditions
• Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance)
• Excellent documentation skills
• Professional appearance and strong customer relation skills
• Maintain a valid Driver's License
• Willingness to travel/reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check

CompensationWe offer competitive compensation based on experience. Long-term career pathway and quarterly bonus opportunities available. The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000 - $70,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
