Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a professional to handle customer inquiries over the phone, tracking and recording call information, and updating customer profiles/accounts. They will also assist with resolving customer complaints, entering orders accurately, and preparing shipping documents.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or email
  • Enter orders accurately and respond to customer emails in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide excellent customer experience
  • Record, organize, and file customer information
  • Assist with refunds, exchanges, and payment processing
  • Prepare shipping documents and custom documents

Requirements: High school degree or equivalent, previous experience in customer support, sales, or a related field.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
