Key Responsibilities- Perform complex repairs and maintenance on Chevrolet vehicles, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dealership setting.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications, preferably in multiple areas.
- Manufacturer training and certifications, such as Chevrolet's Advanced Technician Training Program.
