About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Home Health CNA to join our team in Pueblo, CO. As a Home Health CNA, you'll work closely with our team of nurses and aides to ensure our patients receive the highest level of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Caring for seniors and individuals with chronic diseases or illnesses in their homes
  • Assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing vital signs, monitoring intake/output, and documenting changes
  • Working collaboratively with our team to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Colorado CNA license in good standing
  • CPR certification (demonstration course required)
  • At least six months of recent healthcare experience
  • Ability to travel to surrounding areas
