Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Caregiver to join our team in the Benicia, CA area. As a Home Caregiver with Comfort Keepers, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing one-on-one care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
  • Engage in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as conversation, reading, and companionship
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, including fall prevention and emergency response
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of paid caregiving experience
  • Experience and willingness to provide personal care services
  • Valid CA Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Clear driving record and auto insurance
  • HCA clearance
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours/week, including one weekend day
