Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. This role requires collaboration with the management team and other departments to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, evaluate, and customize patient care to meet individual needs.
  • Assist with admissions and discharges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
  • Support staff scheduling.

Requirements

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Current MO RN licensure or multistate RN licensure.
  • 1-2 years experience preferred.
