About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rosewood Center in Grafton, WV. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, and delegate patient care responsibilities to staff while supervising their work.
  • Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Establish realistic patient goals and interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
