Job Title: Line Cook

At Main Event Entertainment, we're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you'll play a vital role in preparing delicious food that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Work in partnership with the Service Team to ensure food is accurate and delivered timely
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards, adhering to company and health department procedures
  • Properly operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean and stocked station
  • Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as needed
Requirements:
  • 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience
  • Guest-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills
  • 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests
