About The Cardiology Department:
In the Cardiology Department at Montrose Regional Health, our team of cardiologists and patients are supported by a skilled and experienced staff of nurses, technologists, and nuclear medicine technologists. With over 150 years of combined experience in the field of cardiology, we are dedicated to providing precise, thorough, and efficient diagnostic cardiac catheterizations to our patients.
Our goal is to deliver a diagnosis that will lead to the best treatment possible, prolonging and improving the quality of life for each patient.
About The Career:
This role assists cardiologists with all cardiac cath procedures, including left and right heart caths, LV and coronary angiography, coronary angioplasty/stent placement, and pacemaker implants. The successful candidate will operate the Cath Lab X-ray system and Siemens Hemodynamic system, and assist radiologists with various procedures such as arteriograms and tube placements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be able to perform exams with the highest technical quality and efficiency while providing compassionate care and ensuring patient safety.
