Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY

As a key member of the Acosta Group team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores. Your primary responsibility will be to drive product availability and execute retail merchandising activities that connect customers with the brands they love.


What You'll Do:
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom, ensuring accurate and efficient product placement.
  • Straighten product on the shelf, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in-store.
  • Utilize a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and navigate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and provide accurate documentation.
  • Represent Acosta and our clients in assigned Walmart stores, building relationships with store management and associates.
  • Collaborate with direct managers via email, phone, and text to ensure seamless communication and task completion.

How You'll Succeed:
  • Owning your store(s) and becoming the go-to Acosta resource due to strong relationships built with store associates and managers.
  • Effectively communicating with store teams, Acosta members, and direct managers to ensure successful task completion.
  • Leveraging support from the Acosta team and sharing best practices with Walmart associates nationwide.
  • Reporting work completed within the provided timeframe and following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Access to reliable transportation to travel to and from multiple retail locations in your area.
