Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Premier Support Consultant to join our team in Evansville, Indiana. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires working in our call center and remotely from home. You will be part of a dynamic team that strives to provide outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers
  • Utilizing various tools and systems to initiate and assist customers
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least one year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
