Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Specialist to join our team. As a Service Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and supporting the efficient operation of our front-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers, offer assistance, and go above and beyond to ensure a remarkable shopping experience.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Store Environment: Perform store sweeps, clean registers and belts, empty trash cans, and dust and face shelves to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Support Front-End Operations: Assist Clerks with moving lines quickly, bag groceries efficiently, and perform price checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Assist with various tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of the store.
Requirements
  • No experience required
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds
  • Continuous walking, standing, reaching, and bending
  • Environment includes indoor and outdoor with exposure to widely varying temperatures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Strong team player with a willingness and desire to learn, work hard, and have fun
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
