Picerne Real Estate Group, a distinguished leader in property management and development since 1925, is seeking a dedicated Sanitation Specialist to uphold the cleanliness and order of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vacant units for new residents by removing debris and ensuring a clean environment.
  • Address minor repairs related to mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems as needed.
  • Communicate maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor for timely resolution.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with residents, team members, and management.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team during snow removal operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, clubhouses, parking areas, and other community facilities.
  • Support occupancy goals through daily cleaning of vacant units and shared spaces.
Required Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check and drug screening
  • Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
