* Train, develop, and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food and service standards
* Create a warm and welcoming work and dining environment that reflects our brand values and promotes a positive customer experience
* Monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Maximize store sales and profit goals by implementing effective sales strategies and managing labor costs
* Maintain QSC standards and ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to these standards
* Ensure the protection of our brand and assets by maintaining a clean and organized store environment and adhering to our brand's policies and procedures
* Demonstrate drive for results and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work

**Requirements**

* At least 18 years of age
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Minimum of one year Shift Manager or equivalent experience required
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, and customer-focused
