We are seeking a compassionate and organized Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Memory Care team at Bishop Gadsden. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide support with dining needs.
  • Encourage resident independence and optimal level of functioning.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and implementation.
  • Perform laundry and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Active certification as a Certified Nurse's Aide on the South Carolina Nurse Aide registry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
