As a Branch Office Administrator, you are a critical member of that team, working alongside the financial advisor to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will be the first voice clients hear when they call and the first face they see when they visit the office. Your primary responsibility is to get to know your clients so well that you not only help them identify their problems but also see them coming a mile away. You will work closely with your financial advisor to develop strategies for the upcoming year and identify opportunities to create efficiency. You will also be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
Actively listen for situations in the clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services
Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Willingness to learn how financial services/markets work
