Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing services, treatments, and preventative procedures as ordered by the physician.
  • Utilize the nursing process to deliver professional nursing care and evaluate the effectiveness of hospice services.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and review individualized patient care plans.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, respect, and collaboration among nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.

Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with hospice experience preferred.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
