Registered Dietitian - Inpatient

At Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals struggling with eating disorders. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients and their families to develop personalized nutrition plans that promote recovery and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for newly admitted patients, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted plans to support their recovery.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized meal plans, ensuring that patients receive the necessary nutrients to support their physical and emotional health.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their nutrition and overall health.
  • Participate in treatment team planning, discharge planning, and liaison services, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nutrition or related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered).
  • Registered Dietitian (RDN) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Experience working in an eating disorder treatment setting, preferably in an inpatient program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members.
