About the Role:

The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing strong critical thinking and assessment skills, in accordance with federal and state regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide safe medication administration and conduct resident assessments
  • Monitor changes in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and administer treatments and procedures per physician order
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate resident admissions and discharges, as well as develop the resident Plan of Care
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • Current RN licensure
  • Strong patient care skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
