Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Warfighter Analysis and Assessments team at LinQuest Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will provide US Space Command (USSPACECOM) Design Thinking expertise to support operational design, design methodology, group facilitation, and analytical effects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and facilitate Design Thinking-based events to evaluate concepts and strategies
  • Support coordination of USSPACECOM-requested operational design effects with government and non-government organizations
  • Develop and maintain an archive of design effects learned from Design Thinking activities and assessments
  • Prepare reports and briefing materials to update USSPACECOM personnel and leadership on design exercises and processes
  • Maintain industry-leading expertise on Design Thinking and innovation theories
  • Teach academic concepts and their practical application to USSPACECOM members
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise on Design Thinking methodology
  • Ability to facilitate design processes and methodology to reach divergent solution sets
  • Strong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze data
  • Expertise using Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • Ability to coordinate with others to identify and solve problems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience facilitating large, diverse groups with divergent interests
  • Publications in journal articles, white papers, or similar documents
