About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team at American Health MW LLC. As a Mobile Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
  • Properly identify patients and ensure accurate labeling and handling of specimens.
  • Transport specimens in a timely and secure manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical terminology and specimen procedures.
  • Work independently and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure equipment is well-maintained and report any issues promptly.
  • Respond promptly to company communications and client facilities.
  • Submit required logs and records accurately and timely.
  • Meet the requirements for a valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
  • Have a reliable vehicle suitable for daily driving needs.
  • Stay proficient in English written and verbal communication.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and follow directions professionally.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience.
  • Valid state-issued Driver's License, minimum age of 21.
  • Clean driving record for the last 5 years.
  • Provide proof of required auto insurance coverage.
  • Clean criminal history (for positions with direct patient care).
  • Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience.
  • Additional credentialing.
  • Passion for safety and customer service.
  • Full vaccination against COVID-19.
