Hotel Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Hotel Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Solara Surfside. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring our rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming to our guests.

Your primary duties will include:

• Preparation of guest rooms for arrival, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Greeting guests and addressing their needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or concerns to management.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of carts and ensuring supplies and equipment are organized and easily accessible.
• Assisting with inventory management of linens and supplies.
• Performing other tasks and projects as assigned by housekeeping management.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience (preferred).
• A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.
