New Graduate Nurse Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Duke Health in Durham, North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity for a new graduate nurse to launch their career in emergency care.
Job SummaryAs a Clinical Nurse with Duke University Health System, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exemplary care to patients and their families.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a structured 26-week orientation program, providing extensive clinical exposure combined with classroom lectures to help nurses better understand emergency services. You will have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a team of experienced preceptors who will support your growth and development.
Required Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina
- BLS (or higher) certification
$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
