Job Description

This is a Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year position based on experience. We offer a flexible and friendly work environment, including unlimited approved time off and flexible hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking in all job specifications from clients for production through delivery to ensure accurate cost calculations
  • Researching multiple vendors to obtain the lowest material costs
  • Determining the most efficient production method based on layout, sheet size, and equipment availability
  • Determining quantities and lead times for materials, hardware, packaging, and labeling
  • Creating detailed breakdowns of cost estimates and production timelines

You will work directly with clients to review project specs, provide input, and prepare quotes with detailed information ready for project managers to execute.
