Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. About the Job

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at ChenMed. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting pharmacists with patient care, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.


Job Description and Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists with patient consultations, medication management, and laboratory tests
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication lists and treatment plans
  • Process prescriptions, refill medications, and handle inventory management
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and pharmacy services

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience can substitute for education on a year-for-year basis above the minimum required
  • Board of Pharmacy technician registration; maintain current licensure and certification for state
  • Minimum one year of experience in a pharmacy setting, including pharmacy/medical data entry experience
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
