Responsibilities
  • Provide Prescribed Medical Treatment and Dialysis Care: Render highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients, providing direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.
  • Lead and Supervise Team Members: Direct and supervise other team members, ensuring a secure and safe patient environment by following safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with Physicians and Multidisciplinary Team: Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team to achieve the highest standards of care specific to the age/developmental status of the patient.
  • Meet Education and Position Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice, and willingness to work a flexible schedule and to fill in when needed.
