Job Summary
The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles at Nova Guides in Red Cliff, CO. This includes performing regular inspections and maintenance, as well as diagnosing and repairing complex issues with vehicle systems. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance and a strong understanding of OEM parts and vehicle repair.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex diagnostics on all vehicle systems
- Determine, complete, and document appropriate maintenance and repairs on all vehicle components
- Conduct road/trail service calls for repair or rescue, diagnosing issues accurately and safely
Requirements
- 2 years' experience in fleet maintenance of heavy diesel, truck, vans, and OHV repair, and service
- Knowledge of OEM parts and vehicle repair with a background and knowledge of all aspects of fleet operations and off-highway vehicles
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
