Educational Background
(U) A Bachelor's degree in fields such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Security, or Network Administration from an accredited institution; or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related scientific/technical discipline. Experience may be substituted for educational qualifications at the discretion of the Government.

General Experience
The Cloud Engineer should possess a solid understanding of software development, programming languages, and tools, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. Familiarity with cloud migration processes and platforms such as OpenStack, Linux, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, DevOps, and NoSQL is essential.

Preferred Certifications
Certifications such as Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator, Red Hat Certified Engineer, Cisco Certified Network Professional, or cloud-specific certifications like Certified Cloud Security Professional or Cloud+ are advantageous.
