Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents, collaborating with the resident and family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The Licensed Practical Nurse will assist with the coordination of care, resident assessment, and resident education.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents
- Collaborate with resident and family, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Assist with the coordination of care, resident assessment, and resident education
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred. Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
