Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentistry Specialist to join our team at Ascend Dental Alliance. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Select and set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed for procedures.
  • Sterilize instruments according to regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry, providing support and expertise.
  • Undertake lab tasks as instructed, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions to patients, promoting healthy habits and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Dental Assistant by the A.D.A., demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • Dental implant experience is desired, but not required.
  • High school diploma is required, with certification from a dental assistant school preferred.
