Nurse Practitioner

Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Edwin Shaw, a joint venture with Select Medical & Cleveland Clinic, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.
As a Registered Nurse at Cleveland Clinic Rehabilitation Hospital, Edwin Shaw, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced treatment and comprehensive care to patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, neurological disorders, orthopedic issues, amputation, and multiple traumas.
Responsibilities:
Partner with a Nursing Assistant to handle a manageable case load and help patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan.
Receive admissions and/or transfers, conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment, and ensure timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
Interpret assessment/diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry, and ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
Promote continuous quality improvement, instruct and counsel patients/families, and provide exceptional patient care experience that promotes healing and recovery in a compassionate environment.
Qualifications:
Valid State RN License is required.
BLS is required at hire.
Preferred qualifications include a BSN or enrollment in a BSN program and clinical experience.
