Leadman - Substation Expert

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadman to join our team at Overland Contracting Inc. As a Leadman, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, installation, and maintenance of high voltage substation wiring, electrical fixtures, and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of electrical substation components and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate the efforts of craft workers under your supervision
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
• Perform administrative duties such as filling out daily reports and coordinating equipment and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an industrial construction setting
• Strong working knowledge of electrical substation components and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to understand and follow directions
