About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electromechanical Technician to join our team at Shearers, a leading manufacturer of snacks. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in electromechanical maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
