About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our customers, providing expert guidance on our various programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operational Support: Assist with operational support functions, including logistical operations, business administration, and data reporting.
  • Communication: Communicate policy, procedures, or requirements to customers, providing clear and concise information.

Requirements:

  • Specialized Experience: At least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector.
  • Education: A Master's degree or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $63,000 - $90,000, depending on location and qualifications. This salary range reflects the average pay for Customer Support Specialists in the United States.
