Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with sales and inventory management by accurately receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Prepare bakery items according to company recipes and standards
  • Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and slicers, in a safe and efficient manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • Previous bakery or retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
