Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

Bristol Village is seeking a committed Compassionate Caregiver to become a vital part of our community dedicated to enhancing the lives of our senior residents. In this role, you will provide essential personal assistance to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Implementing the Individualized Care Plan tailored to each resident's needs
  • Recording the services delivered and noting residents' responses
  • Conveying any concerns from residents and their families to the nursing staff
  • Promptly responding to residents' requests for assistance
  • Engaging residents in recreational activities and providing light housekeeping support
  • Assisting residents with oxygen setup and administration
  • Promoting participation in various Activity programs
