We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Refinisher to join our team. As a Cabinet Refinisher, you will be responsible for refinishing wood surfaces, including cabinets, floors, and other wood features. Your attention to detail, technical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

• Wood Surface Preparation: Clean and prepare wood surfaces for refinishing, including taping and masking off areas.
• Cabinet Refinishing: Refinish cabinets, including color and/or paint and finish work, to meet customer specifications.
• Floor Refinishing: Refinish wood floors, including sanding and finishing, to restore their original beauty.
• General Maintenance: Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing the work area, and maintaining tools and equipment.

• Experience: 1+ year of experience in cabinet refinishing, wood finishing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
