Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team at CapB InfoteK. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium with Java to enhance testing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough ETL and Database Testing, including SQL data validation to ensure data integrity.
- Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to support various testing phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform unit, integration, and system testing as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Utilize tools such as Quality Center or ClearQuest for effective test management and execution.
- Engage in Agile methodologies to adapt to project changes and deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information technology quality assurance and testing.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Java, focusing on scripting from the ground up.
- A solid understanding of test planning and execution in various testing environments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Banking or Finance sector is a plus.
- Previous experience with Wells Fargo or similar organizations is advantageous.
