Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Quality Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient information accurately and efficiently.
  • Lead and Guide Nursing Staff: Supervise and train nursing assistants, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent patient care.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Adhere to infection control measures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to research and quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Certifications and Training: CPR certified and able to attend in-service training and staff meetings as required.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
