Position Overview:

The Head of Strategic Partnerships is tasked with expanding the market presence for our offerings, with a primary focus on enhancement and modification initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulating marketing strategies tailored for specific product lines, platforms, OEMs, and market segments.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of targeted projects and campaigns.
  • Generating project reports and month-end summaries as necessary.
  • Acting as the financial lead for all initiatives, collaborating with the Growth Team to create financial statement projections related to various programs.
  • Conducting thorough reviews for assigned projects on a country-by-country basis, managing Rolling Action Item Lists (RAILs) and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Designing Business Development packages aimed at marketing and sales objectives.
  • Drafting proposals for clients on specific projects, coordinating with OEMs for pricing and timelines, as well as liaising with internal finance and legal teams.
  • Providing program management support for projects as required.
  • Participating in military conferences and air shows to co-market products with OEMs to military and defense clientele.
  • Collaborating with the Finance department on all finance-related inquiries, including project budgets and costs.
  • Engaging in various business development, marketing, and sales activities, including in-country demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Managing relationships with OEMs and conducting business reviews for project-related sales.
  • Ensuring compliance with AS9120 and ISO9001 standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role may entail supervisory duties, which will be determined based on the individual's skill set and team requirements as directed by the managing supervisor or VP.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The following qualifications are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of directly related experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Management.
  • Proven leadership capabilities (3+ years).
  • Experience in managing sales teams with the ability to inspire and lead.
  • Advanced understanding and usage of Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Expertise in strategy development.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business information.
  • Capability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
  • Skill in effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from groups of managers.
  • Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and apply them to practical situations.
