About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our members have a positive experience in our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and Serve Food: Prepare and serve a variety of food items, including hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, salads, and snacks.
  • Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Environment: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the cafe, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work as a Team Member: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
