Night Auditor

PEG Hospitality Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team at one of our locations. This role will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our front office accounting records.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced individual who can summarize and compile information for our hotel's financial records, track room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics. As a Night Auditor, you will prepare a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities, reflecting the hotel's financial performance for the day. You will also post room charges and taxes to guest accounts, process guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers, and transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.

About this Role:

• You will be responsible for posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts, processing guest charges voucher and credit card vouchers, and transferring charges and deposits to master accounts.
• You will need to verify that all transactions performed at the front desk are supported by documentary evidence and signatures as necessary and that they have been correctly posted and allocated into our property management system.
• You will also be required to balance the day's charges, making corrections as necessary, and understand principles of auditing, balancing, and closing out accounts.
• You must have complete knowledge of emergency procedures and be able to operate our hotel PMS and other front office equipment.

What We Offer:

As a Night Auditor with PEG Hospitality Group, Inc., you will receive a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
