Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities, including scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, and that all maintenance activities are performed in a safe and efficient manner
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and engineering, to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives
  • Monitor and report on maintenance metrics, such as equipment downtime and maintenance costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field
  • Certification in a related field, such as millwright or electrical
  • Experience with maintenance management software
