• Design and implement engaging lesson plans to promote intellectual and creative growth in children.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning space that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on students' progress and growth.
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for all students.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and promoting their development
• Ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in childcare, education, or related fields (preferred)
